Major Simon Carter

At 30, Simon Carter is your typical Aussie larrikin. Carefree and easy-going, he very rarely lets anything get him down. While he is usually fairly tolerant, however, he seems to have developed an involuntary dislike towards Li Qing. He knows for a fact that the intolerance isn’t a personal matter and is trying his best to rectify it. Physically fit with good reflexes, he likes to keep his condition in peak form and goes to the local gym at least twice a day. Unfortunately, he can be rather hot-headed and often lets his fists do the thinking instead. Those who don’t know him well enough would well benefit from the advice of those who do - don’t patronise him at the local pub. He can drink anyone under the table and is less temperamental when he’s sober ...

Simon knows how to defend himself if the situation arises. He spent 10 years in the Australian Army as a hand-to-hand combat specialist. As a child, his idol was the martial arts movie master, Bruce Lee, and spent hours perfecting his own skills to match his idol. His attachment to China a few years ago resulted in a great deal of democratic problems and he now has a dislike towards Asians in general. He just needs to get used to being partnered with Li Qing.
